Using TroubleTrakker
Step 1:
Log on to TroubleTrakker by following the link from the district
homepage,
or directly by typing or clicking on the following URL: http://www.k12usa.com/trakker
Step 2:
Select the state by pulling down on the drop-down menu:
Step 3:
Select the district, East Hampton Union Free School District:
Step 4:
Enter your username and password, click "Login"
Step 5:
The link for TroubleTrakker will be highlighted. Click the link to
enter the system.
Step 6: Click on the picture
that best describes your problem. If you don't see an
icon that describes your problem exactly, just pick anyone.
Step 7:
You may select from a description of problems given or use the "Not Sure"
option.
Step 8:
Fill in the contact information for the technician. If you can add
any details at the
bottom of the screen, please do so. Then click the "Submit Request"
button ONLY ONCE.
Step 9:
After your problem has been entered into the system, you will see the confirmation
screen
Click "YES" to report another problem or "NO" to logoff.
Step 10:
At this point you may click "Log Off" to end your session.
